Juliana Grisales

Juliana Grisales is an experienced professional with a background in Customer Success, currently serving as Deployment Team Lead LATAM at Deliverect since March 2021. In this role, Juliana is responsible for cultivating a foundation for Customer Success growth in the LATAM region and defining the team's culture. Previously, Juliana worked as a Senior Customer Success Consultant at Deliverect and as an Implementation Consultant at TouchBistro, managing customer implementation processes and driving high-quality service delivery. Juliana's earlier experience includes a position as FOH Supervisor at Cafe Nostalgica and a Laboratory Assistant role at the University of Ottawa, where skills in molecular biology and event planning were developed. Juliana holds an Honours Bachelor of Biomedical Science with a focus on Neuroscience and Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
