Paul Giglio

Paul Giglio currently serves as the Global Head of Technical Strategy, Product & Services at Toast, beginning in March 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held several key positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from April 2020 to March 2023, including Global Head of Product and Customer Experience, where oversight included product development and customer engagement for a vast global workforce. Additional roles at Amazon included Chief Product Strategy Leader for Alexa and Head of Strategy & Operations for Amazon Premium Professional Services, focusing on product strategy and operational leadership. Earlier in Paul’s career, the Managing Director role at GEICO involved managing a large team and significant budget responsibilities, ensuring high performance across various business functions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business, Economics & International Affairs from SUNY Brockport.
