Roisin O'Brolchain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding, event technology, and technology operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of International Customer Onboarding at Toast since June 2023, Roisin previously held the role of Manager for International Customer Onboarding at HubSpot, where responsibilities included leading a team in the EMEA region, enhancing onboarding processes, and fostering customer product adoption. Prior to HubSpot, Roisin was Director of Global Technology Operations at CWT Meetings & Events, managing multiple teams and driving digital strategies globally. Roisin's career also features roles in event technology consulting, project management, and policy coordination, supported by a strong educational background, including a recent focus on digital transformation at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
