Shreyas Mehta has extensive experience in customer care and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Care and Vice President of Centralized Operations at Toast since December 2018. Prior to Toast, Shreyas held various leadership positions at Bain & Company from August 2014 to November 2018, including Manager and Case Team Leader. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Analyst at Analysis Group from July 2008 to June 2012 and an internship in Marketing Operations at MarketBridge in June 2007. Shreyas holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth (2012-2014) and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Colgate University (2004-2008).
