Stephanie Shear is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, recruitment, and educational development. Currently serving as a Principal Account Executive 1 at Toast since August 2021, Stephanie has previously held roles in various organizations, including Director of Alumni Talent & Hiring Ops at Teach For America and Account Executive at Yondr, where notable achievements included exceeding business development goals and leading international teams. With a strong foundation in educational environments, having worked as an ESL teacher and corps member at Teach For America, Stephanie’s educational background includes a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Teaching English as a Second Language from Lehman College.
