Dr. Julia Kowalle DTM is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the infrastructure sector and a strong commitment to women's leadership development. Since 2008, Dr. Kowalle has served as Executive Director and Head of Infrastructure at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, focusing on Infrastructure and PPP in the EMEA region.
