Jerome Wertz

Jerome Wertz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jerome started their career at the University of Liège, where they worked as a System Engineer and R&D Engineer on the OUFTI-1 Project, focusing on mechanical and integration aspects of a CubeSat satellite. Jerome also held the role of Project Manager during their time at the university. In 2014, Jerome co-founded Phasya, a software company that focused on monitoring physiological and cognitive states impacting human performance and well-being. Phasya was acquired by Tobii in August 2021. At Tobii, Jerome worked as the Director of Business Development and later as a Marketing Manager in the Automotive department.

Jerome Wertz completed their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Institut Supérieur Industriel Gramme from 2004 to 2009. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued an Executive Master's in Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Louvain School Management, and HEC Liège Executive School. Jerome obtained further education in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from BrightBiz in 2019. In 2013, they attended the University of Liège for IP Management, and in 2010, they attended HEC - Liège Executive School for Entrepreneurship - Let's Go To Business.
