Wei Lien Dang

Wei Lien Dang is a General Partner at Unusual Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm, since October 2021, focusing on helping technical founders achieve product-market fit. Concurrently, Wei serves as a Seed Investor and Board Director at Tobiko Data, a Pre-seed Investor and Board Observer at Kusari, and an Advisor at Gretel.ai. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Director for Security at Red Hat following its acquisition of StackRox, a company co-founded by Wei, where strategic leadership in security across OpenShift and OpenStack platforms was provided. Wei also co-founded StackRox, holding roles as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Product, and has held senior positions at CoreOS, Bracket Computing, Amazon Web Services, and Andreessen Horowitz.
