Colleen Moran, SHRM-CP

Colleen Moran has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2013, they worked at Tough Mudder, where they held various roles including Logistics Coordinator, Accounts Payable Coordinator, HR & Payroll Associate, and eventually HR & Payroll Senior Associate. In 2019, they joined Birchbox, a FemTec Health Company, where they first served as Manager of People & Culture, Payroll & Benefits, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Manager of Global People & Culture. In 2021, they moved on to FemTec Health, Inc. as the Director of Global People & Culture. Most recently, in 2022, they joined TodayTix Group (TTG) as the Senior Director of People Ops + Employee Experience.

Colleen Moran graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from SUNY New Paltz. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various coaching and leadership certifications from GoCoach, including "Coaching as a Development Tool," "Giving & Receiving Feedback," "Change Management," "Critical Conversations," "Emotional Intelligence," "Servant Leadership," "Remote Interviewing," and "Remote Management." Additionally, they achieved the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in November 2021.
