Hillary McDaniels Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Hillary began their career as an Art Director for Scoop Magazine, where they were responsible for creating graphics using Photoshop and InDesign for the University of Tennessee's alumni magazine.

Hillary then worked as a Sports Page Designer for Scripps Networks Interactive Inc., specifically for the Knoxville News Sentinel. In this role, they utilized InDesign to design the layout of the Sports section, collaborating with the photo and production departments to ensure high-quality output.

Hillary later interned as a Men's Journal Photo Department Intern at Wenner Media, where they assisted with photo shoots and conducted daily research on photographs for the magazine.

Hillary's next role was at Innovative Learning Solutions, Inc. as a Marketing Associate and Graphic Designer. Here, they focused on print and social media marketing, creating content for monthly newsletters and coordinating with graphics and animation departments.

Hillary then worked as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Tylted, where they maintained social media sites, created contests and giveaways, and assisted the PR department with press releases.

Hillary's experience also includes freelance design work for Well + Good NYC, designing advertisements and giveaways for the health and wellness website.

Hillary then transitioned into product management roles, starting as a Product Manager at New York Magazine, focusing on NYMag.com, Vulture, and editorially driven interactive articles and advertising. Hillary served as the product lead for Vulture.

Hillary joined Man Repeller as a Product Manager, leading the product management efforts for the launch of their e-commerce immersive online experience and contributing to data analysis for editorial content.

Currently, they are employed at TodayTix Group (TTG) as a Lead Product Manager, overseeing product management activities for the company.

Hillary McDaniels Nelson attended Farragut High School from 2003 to 2007. Hillary then went on to pursue a degree in Journalism and Electronic Media with a focus on Magazine production and design at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
