Holden Sperling

Holden Sperling is an experienced organizational leader with a strong background in employee experience and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Head of Organizational Effectiveness, Chief of Staff, and overseeing Special Projects at TodayTix Group since May 2023, Holden has previously held significant roles at companies such as Ten Percent Happier as an Organizational Consultant and Twitter as Project Manager for Career Experience Operations. Additional experience includes a Consulting Program Manager position at Meta, where the focus was on employee experience, and leading employee experience initiatives at Virgin Hyperloop. Holden's early career involved various roles at TodayTix, including Chief of Staff, as well as freelance projects and administrative positions at organizations like Counsyl and The Honest Company. Holden holds a BA in Hebrew Language and Literature from UCLA.
