Michelle Dwyer

Michelle Dwyer is a seasoned Salesforce Administrator currently employed at BibleProject since April 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing a highly customized Salesforce Enterprise instance for 285 users. Prior to this role, Michelle served as a Business Application Specialist and later as a Data Visualization and CRM Administrator at Benefit Communication Insourcing from June 2016 to May 2022. In this position, Michelle designed and implemented enhancements to business applications, supported client HR management, and supervised client service staff. Additional experience includes positions as a Benefits Specialist at Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas, various science teaching roles spanning several institutions, and participation in curriculum development for biomedical engineering at the University of Minnesota. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Cornerstone University.
