Donald Feathers, CPA, has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving in finance at Realty Dynamics App, LLC, Donald is also a partner at Serenity Capital Management, focusing on commercial and residential property development in the Southeast United States. As the founder and CEO of Roaring Fork Advisors, LLC, Donald has led initiatives in the acquisition and investment of real estate across the Midwest. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer positions at Neyer Properties, Inc. and Vandercar Holdings, Inc., as well as significant advisory positions at TODD HOMES LLC and Vision & Beyond Capital Investment. Donald began the career as a CPA at Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc. after earning a BBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
