Philip Hall

Philip Hall is an experienced finance and investment professional currently serving as a Strategic Advisor to the CEO at Todd Snyder since January 2023, focusing on finance, technology, and operations. As Managing Partner at Spotlight Equity Partners, LLC since July 2012, Philip leads a private investment firm that specializes in acquiring profitable enterprise software companies. Previous roles include Partner at Inner Circle Sports, a boutique investment bank in the sports industry, and involvement in strategic consulting as an MBA Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. Philip began a career in finance as an Associate at Oaktree Capital Management, contributing to the early development of the Mezzanine Group, and as an Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney.
