João Paulo Rossatto

João Paulo Rossatto is an experienced industrial manager with a robust background at Todeschini S.A. since October 2005, managing industrial routines to meet production goals while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and deadlines. Rossatto has excelled in optimizing resources through lean production concepts, controlling departmental expenses, and developing strategic plans for production capacity. Previous roles include Engineering and Quality Supervisor and Quality Management Analyst, where Rossatto focused on quality assurance and technological projects. Additionally, Rossatto contributed to academia as a teacher in industrial management models at FTEC Faculdades. A graduate of multiple leadership and engineering programs, Rossatto holds a master's degree in Production and Systems Engineering from Unisinos and a Production Engineering degree from the University of Caxias do Sul.
