Ernesto Flores

Ernesto Flores has extensive experience in specialized manufacturing and production management, currently serving as the Head of the Special Fabrications Workshop at Tododren since June 2012. Ernesto oversees the execution of client designs, ensures timely production schedules, and develops innovative products to meet client project needs. Previous roles at Tododren include Technical Area Coordinator and Production Coordinator, with responsibilities encompassing technical support, hydraulic calculations, and product presentations. Prior to Tododren, Ernesto held several positions at Comecop from August 2004 to June 2012, including Head of Production Planning, Shift Supervisor, Shipping Manager, and Quality Supervisor, demonstrating a solid background in production planning, safety, and quality control. Ernesto holds a Master's degree in Innovation from Tecnológico de Monterrey (expected in March 2024), an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad INECUH, and additional qualifications in management for SMEs and production processes.
