Alyssa I. has over 18 years of work experience in the IT field. Alyssa began their career in 2003 as a Service Technician for Complete Computing Inc. In 2005, they moved to the Arkansas Economic Development Commission as a Systems Analyst. From 2007-2013, they worked for Network Data Services as a Senior Systems Engineer and for Evraz Stratcor, Inc. as an IT Systems Analyst. In 2015, they became IT Manager for Triumph Airborne Structures. In 2016, they moved to Triumph Group as an IT Sr. Manager, Product Support. From 2018-2020, they were a Sr. Technical Support Engineer - User Workspace Manager and a Technical Support Engineer - Service Desk at Ivanti. Most recently, they have been a Partner Support Team Lead at Todyl since 2022.
Alyssa I. holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from National Park College. Additionally, they have obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in March 2021. Alyssa also holds certifications from CompTIA (A+, Network+, Project+, Security+) and Microsoft (MCITP: Enterprise Administrator, MCITP: SharePoint Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security).
