Omayma Rashwan has held a variety of roles in the business sector since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Comp & Ben Executive at Procter & Gamble and as a Sales Insurance Specialist at Allianz Insurance Egypt. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Product Manager at Misr Pyramids Group. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at The Fruitfull Company and a Marketing Manager at Smart Village Real Estate (Naeem Holding subsidary). Since 2017, they have been a Marketing Business Development Consultant, managing multiple industries and business accounts in real estate, healthcare, and financial services. In 2019, they co-founded tod-Z.

Omayma Rashwan attended Modern Sciences and Arts University from 2005 to 2010, where they achieved a Very Good degree in Marketing and international business. Prior to that, they attended port said school from 2003 to 2005, where they also achieved a Very Good degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
