Venkatesh Babu started their career as a Summer Intern at Max Bupa in April 2014. venkatesh then took on a role in Health Insurance at Max Bupa from April to June 2014. Later, Venkatesh joined Hero Insurance Broking in March 2015 as a Senior Marketing Officer and worked there until March 2021. In July 2021, they joined Toffee Insurance as the State Head of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Currently, they hold the position of Zonal Head for South 1 at Toffee Insurance, starting from April 2023.

Venkatesh Babu completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree in Pharmacy from a school in Nellore between 2008 and 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Insurance from the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH).
