Seth Morgan

Seth Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in defense, security, and project management. Currently serving as a Director at Toffler Associates since May 2023, Seth previously held director positions at Guidehouse and PwC, where responsibilities included business development and client engagement management. With a strong background at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate and the Chief of Naval Operations Staff as a Staff Officer, Seth has contributed significantly to defense intelligence, cybersecurity, and strategic planning. A U.S. Navy veteran, Seth also has experience leading operations on a nuclear submarine, demonstrating expertise in complex maintenance and training programs. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Master's in Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University.
