Molly Falconer, CUDE

Molly Falconer, CUDE has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Molly started their career as a Constituent Services Special Assistant at the Office of Governor Bill Richardson, State of New Mexico in 2005. In 2007, they joined Guadalupe Credit Union as a Marketing Director and served in that role until 2014. Molly then worked as a CU Breakthrough Consultant at the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, they became the Marketing Manager at Congressional Federal Credit Union and held the position until 2018. Currently, Molly is employed at Together Credit Union, where they have held two roles - Director of Member Experience and Marketing from 2018 to 2023 and Financial Well-Being and Member Experience since 2023.

Molly Falconer earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from St. John's College, attending from 2002 to 2005. In April 2011, they obtained the Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) certification from the National Credit Union Foundation.
