Mike Green 🟡🟢

Mike Green has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Mike started their career at Nationwide Building Society as an Account Manager in 2010-2011. Mike then joined LDF Group, where they worked as a Business Analyst from 2011 to 2014. During their time at LDF, they were responsible for implementing financial and performance reporting and reviewing key performance indicators. Mike then served as the Head of Treasury and Payouts at LDF from 2014 to 2018, where they managed a team, oversaw bank relationships, and produced internal liquidity and risk reports.

In 2018, Green moved to White Oak UK as the Group Head of Treasury and Payouts. Mike managed a team and was responsible for managing block funding lines. Mike also served as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis - Secured Lending at White Oak UK from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they delivered financial plans, provided analysis to drive financial strategy, and managed board-level financial and performance reporting.

Currently, Green is working at Together - loans, mortgages & finance. Mike started as a Senior Model and Financial Risk Manager in 2021 and was promoted to the position of Head of Quant Risk (Financial and Model Risk) in 2022. In their current role, they are responsible for prudential risk management, ICAAP and ILAAP, and design and implementation of a comprehensive financial risk management framework. Mike also manages the IFRS9 Modelling Team and the Group Risk Data and Reporting function. Mike presents at the executive level and contributes to risk management at the company.

Mike Green earned their Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Liverpool John Moores University from 2006 to 2009. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in International Banking and Finance, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, at the same institution.
