Rayson Thomas

Rayson Thomas has extensive work experience in the field of test engineering and quality assurance. Rayson is currently the Head of Test Engineering at Together - loans, mortgages & finance, where they lead multi-location and multi-vendor teams to ensure the quality of technical offerings.

Prior to their current role, Rayson worked at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Ltd as a Test Manager, where they managed global systems integration and test teams, formulated long-term test strategies, and effectively managed engineers across global platforms and locations.

Before that, they worked at Accenture UK as a Test Lead, leading Digital Transformation projects in an agile delivery environment and also served as a Line Manager.

Rayson also has experience working at J.P. Morgan, where they served as an Associate (QA Manager) and Team Lead - Quality Assurance Analyst. In these roles, they managed technology and business transformation projects in the banking domain, ensured efficient delivery between full-time engineers and vendor teams, and served as a quality assurance manager and Scrum Master.

Early in their career, Rayson worked at Cybage Software Pvt Ltd as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Configuration Controller. Rayson gained experience working on various web and email-based advertising tools and managed project artifacts.

Rayson started their career at Tyco Thermal Controls as a Junior Design Engineer, where they worked on in-house design software, provided design consultancy services to customers, and trained them on using the software.

Overall, Rayson has a wealth of experience in test engineering, quality assurance, project management, and leadership roles across various industries and domains.

Rayson Thomas completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications and completed various virtual experience programs. Some notable certifications include Professional Scrum Developer™ I (PSD I) from Scrum.org, ISTQB Certified Tester from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board, and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance. Rayson has also completed virtual experience programs such as the Open-Access Digital Transformation Virtual Experience Program and the Open-Access Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience Program, both offered by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Rayson has further expanded their knowledge and skills by completing various online courses on subjects such as Artificial Intelligence Foundations, Blockchain Basics, Cloud Computing, Python Automation and Testing, User Experience, Strategic Thinking, and Agile Product Owner Role.
