Jay Kleinman

Jay Kleinman has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jay began their career in 1991 as a Senior Marketing Consultant for Merritt Hawkins & Associates. In 1999, they founded VitalCareers.com, where they served as the Vice President of Business Development. In 2001, they became a Senior Partner for JWT Specialized Communications. From 2006 to 2007, Kleinman was the Director of Sales for Nafta Traders, Inc. and from 2007 to 2014, they held various roles at Conifer Health Solutions, including Vice President, Regional Vice President of Business Development, and Director of Marketing. From 2014 to 2016, Kleinman was the Executive Vice President and Managing Director for CentraForce Health and the Executive Vice President of Business Development for GroupOne Insurance Services. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Sales for Prealize Health and in 2022, they were appointed as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Together Senior Health.

Jay Kleinman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology/Personnel Management from Auburn University between 1982 and 1986.
