Lanee Reynolds

LaNee Reynolds, MBA has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. LaNee currently serves as the Executive Vice President of People at Together Women's Health. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance at Orthopedic Centers of Colorado, where they successfully implemented HR policies and programs for eight orthopedic practices. LaNee also held various positions at COPIC Companies, including Vice President of Policyholder HR Services and Vice President of Human Resources, where they focused on preserving the company's culture and attracting and developing talent. LaNee began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at MarketStar and Inteliant Corporation. LaNee Reynolds also served as the Benefits Service Team Lead at American Stores.

LaNee Reynolds, MBA, holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Denver between 2008 and 2012. LaNee obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, LaNee has obtained the PHR certification from SHRM in 2006.
