Molly McVay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Molly is currently working as the Vice President of Provider Recruiting and Experience at Together Women's Health, where they focus on improving women's healthcare. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Consultant and Managing Member at Talent ROI, LLC, where they developed talent programs and aligned business strategies with talent solutions. Molly also served as the Director of Talent at Mission Veterinary Partners, where they managed a team and streamlined recruiting operations. Molly has experience in the dental industry as well, having worked as a Recruiting Manager and Senior Doctor Recruiter at Great Expressions Dental Centers. Molly also held roles as a Corporate Recruiter at Atlantis Marketing Solutions and a Sales Associate at White House Black Market. Their career started at Vector Marketing Corporation, where they were a Branch Manager and Field Sales Manager.
