Mike Garner

Mike Garner is an accomplished professional in customer support and experience management, currently serving as SVP of Customer Support at Togetherwork since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Customer Experience at Civix, Vice President of Internal IT at Community Brands, and Vice President of Customer Support at both CentralSquare Technologies and Superion. Mike started their career at SunGard Public Sector, where various roles were held over 22 years, culminating in the position of Director of PS&J Customer Support. Earlier in career, Mike worked as a Computer Specialist for the Burlington, NC Police Department. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Appalachian State University, as well as a high school diploma from Cummings High School.
