Terry Brown

Terry Brown has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 1989, they worked as an Office Manager at T.J. Angelozzi, Inc. before transitioning to Buddy's Pool & Spas in 1994, where they served as Vice President until 2011. At the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, Terry held the positions of Director of Member Services and Operations, as well as Director of Operations and Strategic Support. In 2014, they returned to Buddy's Pool & Spas as Vice President before joining Protech in 2016. At Protech, Terry held the roles of Vice President of Project Services and Vice President of Protech Professional Services, where they focused on developing and implementing innovative solutions for member-based organizations. Currently, Terry is the Vice President of Operational Readiness at Togetherwork, overseeing product launches and transformations with a strong emphasis on ensuring customer success.

Terry Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Management from Towson University between 1986 and 1996. Later, from 1999 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Advanced Information Technology at Stevenson University. In 2018, Terry obtained a certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service from Microsoft.
