Emilija Antanavičiūtė began their education at Vilniaus Jono Basanavičiaus vidurinė mokykla from 2003 to 2010. Emilija then attended Lycée Français International de Pékin in 2010-2011, and subsequently enrolled at the Canadian International School of Beijing, where they completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and earned the Canadian New Brunswick Diploma from 2011 to 2015.

Moving forward, Emilija pursued their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Warwick, specializing in Economics, Politics and International Studies (EPAIS) with an Economics major. Emilija studied at Warwick from 2015 to 2018.
