Kristian Sool

Kristian Sool has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kristian began their career at Runway International OU in 2006 as a 2nd Level Helpdesk Analyst, providing IT support to corporate customers. Kristian then joined Fujitsu Services in 2007 as a Helpdesk Manager, where they launched and managed a 24-person IT helpdesk in Estonia. In 2008, they transitioned to Baltika Group as an IT & Helpdesk Manager, responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure and internal helpdesk.

In 2010, Sool joined AS Eesti Telekom as the Head of International Back Office Services. Kristian played a key role in starting an international shared service center from scratch and growing it to approximately 120 employees. Kristian had full P&L responsibility and successfully expanded the service portfolio. During their tenure, they also held a process manager role at Telia Eesti, where they were responsible for managing and developing internal incident management, problem management, change management, and order management processes.

In 2017, Sool joined ABB as the HR Service Delivery Lead, where they managed HR service delivery operations until 2018. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Toggl and has held various roles, including Operations Manager, Head of Operations, and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer.

Kristian Sool obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Akadeemia Nord in the years 1997 to 2003. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering (MSc) in the field of eGovernance Technologies and Services from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology. In addition to their formal education, Kristian also earned certifications such as a Six Sigma Green Belt from TeliaSonera in June 2011 and an ITIL Foundation, v3 Green Badge from Exin in June 2010.
