Jeremy D. Spillman

Jeremy D. Spillman, SIOR, is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the industrial markets. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Toggle and Toggle Space since 2019, Jeremy has established a strong presence in the industry. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Industrial Markets at JLL from 2016 to 2019, where representation of both large and small companies encompassed site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets, and agency and tenant representation. Jeremy also worked as a Broker Associate at NAI Optimum from 2014 to 2016 and spent over a decade in logistics management at UPS. Jeremy’s educational background includes studies at the University of Iowa and Ankeny High School.
