Logan Bannister

Head, Student Support at Toi Ohomai

Logan Bannister is the current Head of Student Support at Toi Ohomai. Prior to this, they were the National Manager for Student Support Services at Te Wananga o Aotearoa from 2003 to 2011. Bannister has also held academic positions at Wintec and The University of Auckland. In addition, they have experience as a General Manager at Learning Works and as a Physical Education Teacher while travelling abroad.

Logan Bannister holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education from Curtin University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Education from Massey University, and a Diploma of Teaching in Primary Education from Massey University. Logan also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education and Sociology from Massey University.

Logan Bannister reports to Patrick Brus, Executive Director, Student & Staff Engagement & Experience. They are on a team with Jessica Barnett - Head, Marketing, Events & Communication, Peter Richardson - Head, International, and Lee Mackie - Manager, People & Culture.
