Kirsty Campbell

Kirsty Campbell is an accomplished independent director and chair with extensive experience across various sectors, including structural engineering, insurance, environmental certification, funds management, and healthcare technology. Currently serving as Independent Director and Chair at Mitchell Vranjes - Structural Engineers, Kirsty is also a board member at Ando Insurance, New Zealand Home Loans, and Toitū Envirocare, where Kirsty will assume the role of Chair of the Board in September 2024. Additionally, Kirsty leads the Advisory Board at Polymer Group Ltd, chairs compliance committees for Salt Funds Management Limited, and has held roles in significant organizations such as Montana Group and Public Trust. Kirsty holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from The University of Edinburgh.
