Jaime Rogers

Jaime Rogers has been working in the Human Resources field for TOK Commercial since July of 2016. Prior to that, they were a Member Service Representative at CapEd Credit Union from October 2013 to July 2016. Before their time at CapEd Credit Union, Jaime was a Branch Manager at First Interstate Bank from February 2008 to September 2013.

Jaime has experience in managing staff, scheduling, processing loans and payroll, wires, new account openings, and resolving customer complaints. In their current position as HR Manager, they are responsible for all aspects of the human resources function including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management.

Jaime Rogers attended Boise State University for a degree in Human Resources. After graduation, they worked in human resources for a few years before going back to school to get their MBA from the University of Idaho. Jaime now works as a business consultant.

They work with Riley Hoskins - Corporate Accounting Manager, Brenda Wunderlich - PM Accounting Manager, and Kristi Larson - Partner. Jaime Rogers reports to Marc Stimpson, Vice President of Operations.
