Jay Wantz

Jay Wantz is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior System Architect at Toka since November 2025, Jay has also been an Intellectual Property Consultant at Groove Unlimited, LLC since April 2012, providing architectural and development services to startups and R&D firms. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Bolt Labs and Vice President of Engineering for GoSilent Products at Archon Secure, a division of CACI Company, focusing on cyber solutions for the US Government. Jay’s extensive experience includes positions at Silent Circle, Optio Labs, Descartes Systems Group, Aether Systems, Intelligent Automation, and Roadnet Technologies, with educational credentials from The Johns Hopkins University and Towson University in applied mathematics and computer science.
