Jaime Alejandro Garza

Jaime Alejandro Garza is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager with significant experience in driving HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals. Currently at TOKAI RIKA MEXICO since February 2018, Jaime leads all HR operational areas, focusing on employee development, performance appraisal systems, and labor compliance. Prior positions include roles at Rockwell Automation, where Jaime was a Human Resources Business Partner and Manager, and at GRUPO PRODENSA as HR Manager.
