Challen Hodson

Challen Hodson is the current Head of Customer Experience at Toke. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Experience at Wethos from July 2019 to November 2020. At Wethos, Challen focused on building and optimizing key aspects of the customer experience including product onboarding, re-engagement strategies, and customer support and satisfaction.

Before Wethos, Challen was the Client Director at Red Antler from November 2017 to December 2018. At Red Antler, Challen led branding, marketing, website development and launch strategy initiatives for startups and mature companies across several industries including fashion, beauty, health & wellness, cannabis, robotics, and CPG.

Prior to Red Antler, Challen was the Account Director at Codeword from April 2016 to June 2017. And before that, Challen was an Operations & CX Strategy Consultant from December 2015 to March 2016.

Challen Hodson has a BA in Economics from Agnes Scott College.

Challen Hodson reports to Rick Doucette, Co-Founder, Acting CEO. Challen Hodson works with Karan Singh - Lead UX, UI Designer, Josh George - Co-Founder, Head of Operations, and Jackie Marsden - Product Manager.
