Pamela A. Duys, CPA/ABV, CGMA, MT has over 35 years of experience in the accounting field. Pamela A. began their career in 1985 as a Tax Senior at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. In 1987, they joined Lake & Associates as a Partner. In 1996, they moved to Erhardt Keefe Steiner & Hottman as a Senior Manager, specializing in taxation, mergers and acquisitions, sales and use tax, and non-profit organizations. In 2001, they became a Shareholder at Bailey Saetveit & Company, PC. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as Principal and Tax and BV Specialist at Bradley Consulting Group, P.C. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Shareholder and Owner of PA Duys CPA Incorported, where they provided tax preparation, consulting and planning for business owners and their companies, as well as administration and planning for high net worth families, including trusts, estates and foundations. In 2021, they became the Director of Taxation at TokenTax.

Pamela A. Duys, CPA/ABV, CGMA, MT has a long history of education and professional experience. In 2021, they completed Course Certificates of Completion (3) in FinTech from Duke University. From 1986 to 1988, they obtained a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law. Finally, from 1976 to 1980, they obtained a Bachelor in Accounting from Auburn University.
