Ashton Motil, M.A., SHRM-CP, has been in the HR field since 2012. Ashton began their career as an HR Generalist, Corporate Trainer, and Server at Hideaway Pizza. In 2022, they were hired as a Principal HR Business Partner at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. and, also in 2022, they were hired as a Sr Manager, People Operations at TokenEx.

Ashton Motil, M.A., SHRM-CP holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma, obtained in 2020. Ashton also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, obtained in 2017.
