Rommel De La Cruz

Rommel De La Cruz has a wealth of experience in finance and strategy. Starting in 1998 with Motorola, Inc., they held various finance positions before becoming the Operations Controller for Motorola Ventures and Early Stage Accelerator in 2006. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Director of Finance at RCN. Rommel then moved to Groupon, where they held the roles of Finance Director, International and Senior Finance Manager, International from 2011 to 2013. After that, they became the Global FP&A Manager at AMCOL International from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Director Financial Planning and Analysis at VASCO Data Security. Rommel then joined OneSpan in 2017, where they held the roles of Vice President Finance and Senior Director Global Finance. Most recently, they joined Token in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer, and also project44 in 2022 as VP, Finance & Strategy.

Rommel De La Cruz has a MBA in Finance & Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BA in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.
