Product Operations Senior Specialist

About: TokenWin is an innovative crypto casino company with a diverse international team. We’re growing rapidly and plan to expand our current team of 50 to about 150 in the next six months.

We are currently seeking a Product Operations Senior Specialist who will be responsible for   providing complete gaming operational support for all stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure software settings to ensure the correct functionality of all integrations and functionalities (Casino games, Payments methods, promotions, etc).
• Communicate with 3rd party providers in matters related to configurations, promotions, technical/integration issues.
• Deliver game roadmaps and communicate with providers related to launch dates and game-enabling.
• Oversee the promotional visibility and content on websites.
• Actively participate in promotional activities in terms of game positioning, game selection, and sending promo requests.
• Ensure QA for all existing and new games and functionalities.
• Ensure cross-department internal communications.
• Handle incident tickets related to provider side issues.
• Identify and escalate technical and non-technical issues in the gaming portfolio.
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc line reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in the gaming Industry with a focus on B2C operations.
• Knowledge of game testing on different devices.
• Customer focused way of working with a keen visual sense.
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency of using Jira and Microsoft office tools.
• Fluent in English.
