Ali Alexandru Dinescu

Ali Alexandru Dinescu has worked in the technical support and quality assurance fields since 2017. Ali Alexandru began their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Valoris Center, where they monitored customer experience, developed and implemented quality initiatives, and provided feedback to agents. Ali Alexandru then became a Backup Team Leader and L1 Technical Support at the same company. In 2019, they moved to Bitdefender, where they held roles as a Junior QA Engineer and L2 Technical Support Engineer. Currently, they are a Technical Support Engineer at Tokinomo.

Ali Alexandru Dinescu graduated from Colegiul Tehnologic “GRIGORE CERCHEZ” in 2016 with a High School Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
