Olimpia Ursu

Olimpia Ursu has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2021. Olimpia began their career as a UX Designer at Tokinomo, and then moved on to become a Co-Founder & UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer at HGA Systems. Olimpia then became a Frontend Developer at OKAPI and an Engineer at University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. In 2022, they joined UiPath as an Associate Product Designer and Product Design Intern. Most recently, they worked as a Frontend Developer at PRINCIPAL Group.

Olimpia Ursu is currently studying for a BSc in E-Government at the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which they began in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they studied Computer Science Engineering at the same university from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they attended Colegiul National Radu Greceanu from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Olimpia has also obtained several certifications, including Design Thinking: The Ultimate Guide from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in March 2022, Introduction to Human-Centered Design from Acumen Academy in March 2022, Human-Computer Interaction - HCI from The Interaction Design Foundation in February 2022, User Experience: The Beginner’s Guide from The Interaction Design Foundation in December 2021, Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate from Google in November 2021, Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Google in October 2021, User Experience Design Essentials - Adobe XD UI UX Design from Udemy in May 2021, Adobe Illustrator CC - Essentials Training Course from Udemy in April 2021, and Cambridge PET from Cambridge Assessment English in May 2015.
