Tricia Regan

Tricia Regan has extensive experience in the insurance industry, primarily in compliance and workflow management. Tricia started their career at Prudential Financial in 1996 as a Compliance Manager, where they oversaw compliance policies and procedures, provided documentation and support for sales monitoring processes, and conducted quality reviews of branch offices. In 2003, they joined Tokio Marine America as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Claims, where they assisted with compliance-related matters and ensured adherence to regulatory requirements. Regan then progressed to roles of increasing responsibility at Tokio Marine Management, Inc., including Manager, Director, Assistant Vice President, and finally Vice President of Corporate Claims, Operations, and Compliance. In these roles, they oversaw workflow and compliance matters, implemented internal procedures to ensure best practices and regulatory compliance, and managed state-required regulatory reporting.

Tricia Regan pursued their education with great dedication and completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Brooklyn Law School between 1993 and 1996.
