Didik Suwanto is an experienced professional in customer engagement and operations with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as VP Customer Engagement at PT Tokopedia since July 2019, Didik Suwanto has been instrumental in designing and managing customer operations. Prior to this, Didik Suwanto held positions in Indosat Ooredoo as Division Head of Customer Care Service Assurance, KMKOnline as GM of User Insight and Engagement, and Media Consulting as Associate Media Director. Didik Suwanto's extensive experience includes strategic media planning and implementing customer service standards in roles at PT AXIS Telekom Indonesia and PT. XL Axiata Tbk. Didik Suwanto holds a Sarjana Teknik degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
