Hilda Kitti

Hilda Kitti has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Hilda began their professional journey as a Management Trainee at Johnson & Johnson in 2007. Hilda later joined Unilever in 2008, where they held various roles such as Assistant Brand Manager for Wall's Paddle Pop, Assistant Brand Manager for Wall's Cornetto & Moo, and Brand Manager for Wall's Cornetto and Vaseline. During their time at Unilever, they were responsible for managing brand profitability, leading cross-functional teams, and deploying product innovations. Hilda also played a key role in driving the market deployment of Citra's product innovations. In 2012, they became the Brand Manager for Vaseline and was recognized for their work in male grooming education initiatives. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Senior Brand Manager for Citra & Dove Body Care, where they formulated strategies to win in the highly competitive beauty market. Hilda then transitioned to the role of Global Brand Manager for Rexona, where they led global deodorant market development and education initiatives. In 2018, they became the Senior Brand Manager for Rexona and Dove.
