Libertha Hutapea

Libertha Hutapea serves as the VP of People Partner and Talent Development at Tokopedia, leading initiatives in People Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and various People Transformation Projects since July 2018. Previously, Libertha held roles as AVP of People Partner & Talent Development and Head of Talent, Learning & Development at Tokopedia, as well as gaining experience at SAP as a Senior HC Solution Advisor and at PwC Indonesia as a Senior Manager specializing in People & Organisation. Knowledge and skills in human capital transformation, talent strategy, and organizational development were further honed through roles as Senior Consultant and Manager at SRW&Co., and early career positions as an Assistant Lecturer and Junior Consultant. Libertha holds a Master's degree in Management Science, specializing in People and Knowledge Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
