Hazel Soh

Hazel Soh has a comprehensive work experience in various technical and consultant roles. Hazel is currently working at Toku as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant since April 2023. Previously, they worked at Activeo as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant from November 2022 to April 2023. Before that, Hazel worked at ITAPPS as a Consultant from March 2018 to November 2022, where they translated business requirements into functional requirements and provided solution design, development, testing, user training, and support. Hazel also worked as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant at ITAPPS from October 2018 to March 2022.

Prior to their roles at ITAPPS, Hazel worked at Aspert Innovations Sdn Bhd as a SAP B1 Technical Consultant from February 2017 to October 2018, where they were involved in software customization and development. Hazel also worked at Kendra Solutions Sdn. Bhd. as a Java Web Developer from August 2016 to February 2017, participating in the entire software development life cycle.

Earlier in their career, Hazel worked at ITApps Sdn Bhd as a Technical Consultant from April 2015 to May 2016, responsible for project execution and successful project delivery. Hazel also worked at Extra Excel (M) Sdn Bhd as an Application Support from May 2014 to April 2015, where they provided support to users on computer issues and executed various tasks to ensure system efficiency.

Hazel started their career as a Trainee Field Service Engineer at CSC Malaysia Sdn Bhd from October 2011 to December 2011, resolving field service tickets and performing problem determination for PCs. Overall, Hazel Soh has extensive experience in technical consulting, software development, and application support.

Hazel Soh completed their Bachelor of Computer Science (HONS) degree at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the ITIL Foundation v4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2022, the Micro-Certification in Flow Designer from ServiceNow in March 2022, the Micro-Certification in Automated Test Framework from ServiceNow in February 2021, the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management from ServiceNow in October 2019, and the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow in December 2018.
