Mae Ferolino currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Toku. Previously, Mae was the Head of Customer Service at iglooco, where Mae played a significant role in building and overseeing the customer service department. Prior to that, Mae had experience as an Operations Team Manager and Training and Development Facilitator at Sprint via Convergys. Mae also worked as a Level 3 Certified Systems Expert at Dell via Convergys. Mae holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
