Katerina HRUBA is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in member services and hospitality. Currently serving as a Member Services Concierge and Front Desk Receptionist at Tokyo American Club since March 2023, Katerina previously held various positions, including Duty Manager at Hilton, Head of Afternoon Club at Wonderland Academy s.r.o., and Conference Producer at TBM Evolution Group. Katerina gained foundational experience in technical documentation while interning at GE Aviation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. Katerina's educational background includes multiple master's degrees in European agrarian diplomacy, International Business, and Business and Marketing from esteemed institutions such as Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Universidad La Salle, and the University of Missouri.
